OCR provide strategy development and monitoring and evaluation services (M&E) to NGOs and other Third Sector organisations. We specialise in developing M&E strategies and supporting their implementation. We have a philosophy of capacity building, whereby we try to ensure that organisations are left with the ability to conduct their own evaluations. We also provide training and strategic consultancy both in the area of M&E, and in terms of more general organisational development.
